Brian McCabe

Chef Brian’s roots and training are in his native Scotland. As a young chef he worked with various notorious celebrity chefs in prestigious restaurants around the UK. To gain more experience Brian decided to travel to SE Asia, mainly in Thailand and Malaysia where he worked alongside local chefs before travelling to SW Australia. Returning back to Glasgow for a while he decided to move to Marbella in Spain where his love for the climate and cuisine was paramount as he worked for a number of high profile business owners as Executive Chef. Chef Brian is always looking for inspiration and has spent a lot of time in Brittany, Cote Dazur, Cannes, Nice and Portomaso in Malta. He also spent time in Paris cooking privately for families.
